Power Factor

The highest power factor, maintained at 1.0 ratio, will ensure that almost all the power transferred to the device at the input, will be given back in the form of output power.
Power consumption for the device's own needs is marginal, resulting in high energy efficiency. As a result, the maximum rated power of connected devices can be 3000W with a nominal power of 3000VA.

Multiple installation options and helpful mounting accessories included

The unit can be mounted in a 19" Rack cabinet in two ways: with mounting ears alone (included with the product) or with the additional use of Armac's mounting rail kit - R/0019, with this option being recommended, due to better stability and security of the Battery Pack. Special stands are also included with the UPS, allowing the unit to be installed vertically, outside the Rack. If we want to position the UPS and more than one Battery Pack module in this way, we have this possibility, thanks to the stand extensions. The package also includes a supply of M6 screws. Both products made of metal alloy, which guarantees the solidity of the material.

Immediate response

A work interruption due to an outage caused by a lack of power can translate into serious financial losses and the loss of vital data. With the Armac R/3000I/PF1, you don't have to worry about this. The unit operates in continuous mode, which means it does not have to switch to battery operation in the event of a failure. The lack of response time is an advantage in terms of negating the risk of damage to the supported device(s).

Improved battery life

Extended battery life? With the Armac R/3000I/PF1 UPS it's possible, and that's due to a change in the default "Cut-Off" voltage value, which directly reduces the risk of excessive battery discharge, extends battery life and eliminates the chances of battery damage. Expecting longer maintenance at the expense of lifespan? With the settings available from the LCD panel, you can change the voltage value yourself. What's more, every 60 days the UPS will perform an automatic battery discharge test, all without requiring any action from the user. This test will not only extend the battery life, but also minimize the risk of potential servicing. See yourself how simple it is.

Possibility of extending the backup time Battery Pack - model B/0609/R

Sometimes there's a need for more time to ensure the safety of electronic devices during a power failure. Therefore, to extend its battery backup time, the R/2000-3000I/PF1 uninterruptible power supply is equipped with a slot that allows you to connect additional dedicated Battery Pack modules B/0609/R. However, it is worth remembering when connecting the BPs, UPS's and Battery Pack's total voltage has to be the same.

*UPS R/3000I/PF1 allows the connection of up to 4 additional battery pack modules B/0609/R.

Total safety

The correct operation of the UPS is supervised by a specially built-in processor, which controls the parameters of the unit itself, its proper operation and the power supply to connected equipment. The technology used in the UPS also ensures automatic battery charging in Stand-By mode and automatic start-up when the main power returns.

Perfect for sensitive equipment

Due to the nature of its operation (full sine wave when operating in battery mode), the UPS can be used with devices that have an electric motor or heater, such as laser printers, scanners, garage doors and entry gates, electric roller shutters, central heating furnaces. You also do not need to invest in an expensive ground fault circuit breaker. This model can easily work with a circuit breaker of up to 30 mA.

Convenience of monitoring and easy transport

Connect the UPS to your computer (via USB or RS-232) and use the PowerManager II software, which will allow you not only to manage but also to monitor the operation of the device. Its simple interface will ensure that even less advanced users can handle the tool. Want to transport the device from place to place? From now on it is possible. All major electrical components like capacitors or coils have been additionally reinforced with an extra layer of glue between them and the PCB laminate. This solution increases reliability and safety making it even easier and more secure to move the device from place to place.

Performance you can count on

We created the Armac R/2000I/PF1 UPS for the most demanding tasks, such as protecting power-hungry computers, workstations, or equipment with high power consumption. The UPS manages such heavy-duty work thanks to its more powerful 9Ah batteries, with a Power Factor of 1.0. What's more, this model has 8 IEC 320 C13 output sockets, allowing you to protect several devices at the same time. UPS of this series always provides full sine wave, it was created for sensitive equipment with high power consumption. The double conversion function makes the UPS have ideal electrical performance at the output, it converts all the incoming AC and then supplies the device with the current already generated by the UPS itself. The transfer time between AC and DC modes is zero.
